More effective than probiotics

I’ve taken probiotics but added inulin after dinner recently. I find that mornings now come with bowel movements more easily; inulin is significantly more effective than probiotics alone. My average fasting blood sugar dropped from 7 to 5.5 after just two days of inulin. As someone who injects insulin daily, this improvement is fantastic news for me.

I find inulin to be highly beneficial, particularly for bowel movement issues. This plant polysaccharide acts as fibre in the intestine and is noted for its prebiotic properties, enhancing probiotic levels and aiding digestion. Additionally, inulin helps to lower blood glucose levels, making it an advantageous component in diabetes treatment.

I noticed elevated HbA1C and triglycerides, so I began taking inulin while following a diet. My neutral fat dropped from 486 to 150, which is normal, and my blood glucose level improved to 85 after one month. I'm determined to continue this!

I purchase inulin for my father, who has had type 2 diabetes for the last ten years. A doctor recommended it, and since starting inulin alongside his medication, his blood sugar has dropped to 5.5! Previously it never went below 8. He takes it every evening and is very pleased with the results!

Excellent blood sugar control
5 people found this helpful
Inulin is a soluble dietary fibre that regulates digestion and stabilises blood sugar and lipid levels. It acts as a good sorbent, averting toxins accumulation and supporting intestinal balance. Inulin is beneficial for its antioxidant properties, helping reduce blood sugar levels and enhance glucose use, making it valuable for managing type II diabetes.

Lowered hematocrit levels
In my blood test, the hematocrit was elevated. I read this can indicate impaired insulin resistance. Regular use of inulin is said to reduce this blood count. I monitored it—taking 10 grams daily for 3-4 months lowered my hematocrit by 5-10 points. I added 3 teaspoons in the morning to cottage cheese, porridge, or in the evening to kefir. It tastes like cotton candy powder, and inulin is very beneficial for children.

Minimal effect noted
I have elevated blood sugar levels, so I used this as a substitute for sugar in my cooking, but it did not seem to have much impact on my blood sugar levels.

Helpful for blood sugar
I took this for blood sugar support. I definitely felt it helped in that regard. However, I eventually stopped using it as it made me quite 'windy', which was awkward at inappropriate times.

Blood sugar improvement
Having read about many benefits, I take 2-3 teaspoons of inulin daily. After the first box, I noticed a significant improvement in my blood sugar levels while adhering to a low-carb diet. The only side effect I've experienced is some gas and bloating.

Inulin is very pleasant to consume, effectively normalising blood sugar and being highly beneficial for my intestines. This marks my second purchase, with one jar lasting about two months when taken twice daily. I experienced no side effects and recommend using it before meals for optimal results.
